Welcome to my writing blog!

I created this blog for several reasons. First, I wanted to create a platform for my writing and thoughts on it. Second, I wanted to share my thoughts and ideas with others, and finally I hoped to open a dialogue on those questions and concerns that aren't covered on some of the more active blogs.

I write in several genres including middle grades, literary fiction and science fiction. My favorite, and thus the reason for my blog photo, is murder mysteries. There's nothing like a good who-dunnit, whether you're reading or writing it!

Some of the topics I will post on include writing goals, technologies, conferences, writing glitches, problem solving and so on. My intention is to post at least a couple of times a month, hopefully more often, so please come back and visit!
